Magbull 204hp help

Got 3 today 2 work fine the last one don't seem to reset as in when you fill it it pops and hisses out all the gas just wondering if you guys know why I have stripped and cleaned and re siliconed the seals. Im thinking the piston seal is on its last legs altho I have orderd some from magbull let me no guys thanks
