TM M870 and the Angry Gun Stock Adapter - Should I know anything important?

Hey guys

I was looking for a quick bit of advice in regards to installing the Angry Gun gas tank/stock adapter. The reason I ask is I am terrible with gas guns, once took me 2 hours to put an MP9 back together after cleaning it!

Is there anything important I should know before I install it?
Is it as simple as the minimalistic manual suggests?
Should I do anything else to the shotgun before I install it or do anything extra, eg PTFE tape on the stock tube?
Also any particular brand of GBB M4 pistol grip should I avoid or go for?
