Running Hwasan "Mad Max" Shotgun with APS CAM870 shells

Firstly, i hope this is the right section for this!
I've recently come across the mod for the Hwasan Mad Max shotgun so that you can use the superior madbull ss6 shells with the use of a sleeve, now it seems finding said madbull ss6 shells is pretty difficult so this got me wondering if it would be possible to use the commonly available APS CAM870 shells, again with the use of a sleeve. The only problems i can see would be: the firing pin being too narrow in diameter to press the back of the valve core on the APS shells, also not sure if the "wadding" of the APS shells will pass through the HS shotgun barrels without clipping anything (with both inner barrels removed).
