Dboys m203 and CO2 shells help
31 August, 2017, 12:38
Hey guys n gals,
Just hoping to come up with a solution to an issue I've encountered.
Upon charging the S-thunder shocker shell with CO2, the plunger (firing pin) becomes stiff (obviously due to the pressure) and I can depress it with finger / thumb but when i load it into the launcher, i can pull the trigger but I'm unsure as to why it won't fire. Is the firing mechanism not strong enough? Is the firing pin and sear bending / deforming as the trigger is pulled as it it being pressed against a supposedly immovable object (or an incredible stiff one)
One option is to reduce the gas put in the shells but this I just too fun and deafening to pass up on so the gas needs to remain.
Any advice will be appreciated

I'm sure the old fix to this was extend or fit a longer cap to the launchers firing pin, hitting google should bring up some fix's

Ah Roger!
I can't believe I didn't think of that in the first instance, I'll hit it up and give it a go later!
