Mag fitting problems

Just took delivery of my spanking new KJW M92
Cleaned the barrel oiled it and gassed it up put the mag in and there is quite a bit of play not too much of a problem untill i fire a shot and the mag shoots out of the gun almost as fast as the bb just missing my bloody foot.
I have put some elec tape down one side of the mag for the moment to try and 1) eliminate the wobble and 2) force it closer to the mag catch and hold it in.
My question is i know marui m9 mags fit in this gun but is there anyone out there that owns a KJW m9 that uses tm mags in it, if so how well do they fit?
Considering buying a tm mag as a spare but dont see the point if it is just going to try and bust my foot every time i fire a shot.
