TM MWS auto jam

My TM MWS jams when I use full auto but semi works perfectly. Full auto worked perfectly for the past 7 games. The BB seems to get caught at the top above the barrel thus the bolt cannot close and discharges the air in the magazine. The bolt seems normal and the shop can’t find what’s wrong. Has anyone experienced this?

Does it happen at any point in the mag?

Does it look like the feedlips are damaged?

Sounds like the nozzle brings a bb out of the feedlips with a ping rather than a push, sending the bb on a quick path upwards?

Is the feeder on the nozzle in tact or damaged?

Something similar happens to me using full auto repeatedly in the winter, the bolt and nozzle freeze

I'm taking it into the shop and hope they can find the issue
