Glock 17 KSC

Hi Guys, i got my glock back from repair today, and it dosnt work. It fires automatic, the slide does not pull all they way back so sometimes it loads a bb, sometimes it dosnt.
Another issue is sometimes when i load a mag, it vents as soon as it clicks into position.

any idea's before i bother the techies, about a gun they have tried to fix three times now without sucsess.
