Mag Not Feeding

Got my M9 all re-assembled and working...except that the mags do not feed.

The first BB is fed and fires fine, but after that I have to manually rack teh slide to chamber another round although the pistol still fires.

Maybe something to do with the fact that it has a 150% recoil and new hammer sporing in it?

High flow valves for the mags maybe?

Any advice is more than welcome
