gears and motor choice, which ones?

hi all,
recently purchased a dboys m4 ris as a backup gun and due to my other guns currently being repaired, i've decided to upgrade it.
the only choice i've not been able to make for myself is which motor and what gears to buy.
i'll be using a 9.6v battery and as such am after a decent rof without putting too much stress on the working parts.
here's a list of the upgrades i've already purchased so please take this into account when suggesting which gears and/or motor to buy:
