ICS CXP Front RIS Question

Hey guys/girls,
I currently own an ICS CXP 08 (Metal Version) and I do love it but I feel as if the front is too heavy and would like to change it, but that's the problem really. Would a G&P RIS or maybe a whole new Noveske front receiver fit? I've heard from a friend who knows more about this than me that ICS can be a little tricky when trying to change parts such as this. Anyone with knowledge would greatly help either save or spend some money here! :D
