Madbull Noveske - Outer Barrel + Rail System

Hi All,

I'm looking at swapping out the 4" front end on my M4 for a 7" Noveske front end from Madbull.

The trouble is (it might be a daft question) if I want the outer barrel/gas block to finish flush with the end of the RIS, what outer do I go for?
All the bead blasted Noveske outer barrels, including the 7.5" barrel, has the gas block halfway up the damn thing...is that an issue?

Also, it stated that the gas tube holes are blocked in the Rail system to "prevent abuse in real firearms" or something like that...can anyone confirm this?
