Mic wiring help

Hi guys

I bought some fbi style mics for my cobra headsets, I managed to get one working by taking the board out of it and adding my own switch and the mic out of my standard cobra headset.

Now I noticed that the mic I took out of the original head set had a resistor or something on the back of it. I've also glued the unit up so I cannot get into it to see what it was and how it was wired.

I have do it to my other head set and come to the mic and this one doesn't have a resistor or something on it as I desoldered it from The board.

Does anyone know what I need to add to It to make it work?
