M4 project/build

Hi

I have been doing airsoft a while and I'm wanting to build a m4 specified to me.

It's not so much advice I need more ideas etc from people with experience who's done projects before on what to put inside etc and brands. Or actual techs from shops.

I'm after around 330-350 FPS, needs a good /high ROF (800-900ish) (ICS territory) and the range of between 50-70 meters.


Basically inner barrel ideas (make, bore size and length)
Gears (size and brand)
Piston, piston head and cylinder sets, spring, selector plates etc. hop up and hop up rubbers.
