RMR for KSC Glock

Help needed:

I bought an RMR, but the baseplate it came with to mount it onto the Glock 19 doesnt fit and therefore doesn't slide into the cut out where the rear iron sight usually sits.

So I ordered a base plate specific for the Glock, which does slide in nicely. But it turns out that now the screws of the RMR do not like up with the threads of base plate grr!!!

How did you guys get to fit your RMR onto onto a KSC or KWA Glock? Did you guys modify the plate yourselfs by tapping in seperate screw threads? Or found an RMR that does take to this specific plate?
