Custom hk33 project

hi all been getting parts together for a custom 33 the plan is/was to make a sort of dmr sniper

now i have come across a problem for the life of i cant get hold of a 33 hop chamber ( the part the m4 hop fits in to ) so i was thinking how the hell i can make my own ? or if any one knows a place to get one

the next little question is the handguard i could use a standard handguard with some rails fitted or do i try and cut a g3 ras down ? what do you think ?
