Help fixing G36 Hicap Please!

Hey guys, was getting out all my spare gear yesterday so my mate can come airsofting with me, but when checking through everything I realised one of my TM G36 hi caps was not working.

I opened it up as I did the spring unwound and some bits came out of their positions. I have a spring and a small round disk and for the life of me I cannot figure out where they go.

Anyone know of any guides or pictures of how to put them back together? I've searched but to no avail. When the light gets better I'll take some pics if needed.
