Pro peak charger help

Hi all, I have got a Pro peak 2500 charger that has stopped working, I know that someone else had a problem with this but that was a blown fuse, I have checked the fuse and it isn't blown. The problem with it is that when I plug it in the red error light stays on continuously and plugging a battery in does not change this and it won't charge. Any ideas? I have looked around the internet but to no use. Help would be obliged.
