Gas short Pmags?

hey guys
im building myself a gas DMR from a G&P base
i have some PRO-WIN short mags to use but was wondering if anyone knows whether its possible to put a PMAG shell on them?

ive seen it done wit ha RS pmag and WE mags but for availability i dont really think thats doable
