Sounds like your hop is wound on stupidly high and is effectively stopping the bb... that or the inner barrel is poo

If the bb roles out then your hop up rubber isn't on properly!

This image helped me out when I had the same problem:

its set up like that no more bbs rolling out just shite hop could it be that the the longer tighter barrel has increased fps and so the airseal has gone pants ?

More likely the hop rubber is damaged and you have an air leak. Or, the barrel has a smaller outer circumference and the hop rubber is not sealing against it.

                        Re: vsr sudden no hop

its worth doing a compression test also.
first remove the cylinder ,now pull down the piston and put your finger over the cylinder head.release the piston and it should not move at all if it fires forward fast you have a big air seal problem,if slowly then a small leak. you want to be able to hold it for a min without any movement.

next if you can hold the piston for 1 min without movement, re install the cylinder.
remove the silencer, gain your looking for the piston to not move at all or only slightly, this is a lot harder to get 100% compression in than the cylinder.

once you have all that sorted to as close to 100% as possible if the problem is still there its defentaly a barrel/hop issue.

when you have the barrel/hop removed, push in the feeding tab and look through the barrel, changing the hop from full to off and check that the rubber rises and lowers a considerable amount.

remove the silencer, cock the rifle and put your finger over the barrel end, then fire(with no bbs/make sure there isn't already one in the chamber)again your looking for the piston to not move at all or only slightly, this is a lot harder to get 100% compression in than the cylinder.

Normally as in the piston didn't stop? If that is the case you have a mahoosive airseal issue on your cylinder. PTFE tape around the cylinder head thread when screwing it back together should tighten things up a bit.
