i noticed the white thing in the piston that sticks out is slightly bent could that make the airflow un consistent making the bb curl abit

You mean the air break at the end of the piston? If this is bent then it needs to be replaced immediately.

Just cut it down, it will give you an fps increase but more variation, atleast it wont be bent though!
