Slam firing help please
23 August, 2012, 20:17
I have a TM vsr-10 that seems to keep slam firing.
Ive have used3 different sears 2 different cylinders 2 different pistons and triggers and it still seems to be slam firing -_-
The only other thing I can think of would be the air seal rings???
Just wondering if anyone has had this problem? And was this the fix before I start spending money and it's not -_-
Thanks

Re: Slam firing help please
do you have stock parts? If so, fit them - does the rifle work?
If yes, start replacing one part at a time until you narrow the problem down.

Re: Slam firing help please
Do you know if it's the sears giving way or the piston not mating correctly with the sears?
Test the sears by cocking the mechanism and seeing if it'll hold you pushing on the sears until the trigger is pulled. If not it's a sears issue, if so then the piston is either moving or not mating properly with the sears.
Paypal does not protect you as a seller or buyer. Don't believe the hype.
