Ok, so like many l96 users i wanna upgrade it. But obviously we're limited to only a small number of aftermarket parts...

Anyway. Iv'e heard that the gun already comes with a tightbore barrel, Could anyone confirm this? ALso would it be worth upgrading the inner barrel to that one of 01?

There is already a thread on this, you could benefit other people by adding to that one instead of making a new one...

L96's have the second biggest ranger of aftermarket parts, they may not be all in one shop, but you'd struggle not to find whatever it is you needed.

The barrel is a 6.04, and yes you will benefit from upgrading to a 6.01.

Read my VSR upgrade thread, it has pretty much everything you need to know - all you have to do is replace the '-10' with 96 on all the PSS Laylax parts mentioned.

I've owned 4 L96's before, and have upgraded one with a good £600-£800 worth of parts so don't think I'm just a VSR man, if you want to know anything else after reading my guide then I'd be happy to answer any questions added to the thread.
