de m56 range. hop up ect

hi all

my m56 shotgun has had no hop effect since new. its been alright so far for close cqb but obviously the range isnt great although ive owned theese before and the range has been amazing also others ive seen people use have good range mine will get about 10m max without aiming up ive taken it apart and can see the barrels have no like nub sticking down, they have the 3 rubbers in but nothing to push down on them is there anything i can do? or is there a certain way to put them in that they might have been installed wrong from the factory?
