  • G-Spec bolt problem?

    Hey guys,

Just been out on a regular target practise when somethings seems to have buggered up...

When cocking the rifle, the bolt won't always engage/click back. This leads to double feeding when it finally works. Any idea what's going on here?
I should point out that's not always like this, every 10 or so shots it'll do this.
Also, the rifle is firing fine and normal when it does work.

Is this just a tightening up up jobby? Or something a bit more in depth?

    Thanks in advance,
    Will.

If it's all upgraded, tighten the spring guide. Check the sears aren't bent or worn. Those are the 2 most likely causes.

Right, i'm giving this a go as i type haha

And already run into a problem, the barrel! Just putting it back on and it's wedged fast. As in seriously stuck haha - I can't rotate it to get it back where it's supposed to be!

I havn't tried taking the bolt out yet, or checking for loose spring guide/worn sears... I've already c*cked this up!!

Once barrel is sorted (hopefully) I'll give that a go.

As you can probably tell, i'm not used to this haha

EDIT: Ok, barrel is back with the reciever!.. Now for everything else.

        God help me!!
