DE L96
28 July, 2013, 17:39
when firing my l96 the BB's seem to travel in all manor of directions when it pleases, how can i avoid this? lower gram of BB? i think im using .28g atm.
but other times it seems to be quite accurate? can minor wind affect the travel direction?
thanks in advance

Re: DE L96
If I'm horribly honest, the Double Eagle L96 is the worst Maruzen type 96 clone out there (I've tried the well, maruzen, marui and Double Eagle) That is to be expected from DE but in particular the hop unit doesn't match those of the other brands but a major problem is many DE L96s under chrono, bragging a 440 fps out of the box but many turn out at around 330. when using 0.28g this can make the shot very slow and create problems there. Have you ever had it chronoed?
