  • CA M24 - What Spring?

Hey i bought a second hand CA M24 on here a few weeks ago with a 6.01 Barrel, 300% cylinder kit etc etc..Anyway its shooting wayyy too hot..(520 - 560 FPS on .2s) The site me and some friends want to go to (Well there is a few) the limit is 500 measured with .2s.. So what spring would get my gun down to around that?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

(Also thought i would throw in a pic of the gun Not my picture, its when the previous owner had but much better quality XD)

A difference of 40FPS is huge. Are you sure? As if it's only 520, then you could just cut the spring down to 500FPS. If not, a 150sp will get you to just under 500FPS. Sounds like you may have an air seal issue though.

Ya, cut that down instead. Make sure you bend the end in (where you cut) so it has a flatter top. Then a few wraps of electrical tape at the top so to make it snug
