Well L96A1 - Safety and Top rail

Ive purchased a Well L96, second hand rather foolishly and it has come in a bit of a state. The weapon started off not cocking, but I've managed to sort that, however the safety catch has snapper (still operational however it doesnt poke out the side of the gun by the bolt) and the main problem is the rails. The rails have broken into about 4 separate pieces, so i'm wondering if anyone knows of any rails that I can buy to fit this gun, and any places i can get the safety, or of a way to fashion a new top for the safety
