Making an Ares M200 Skirmishable

Hi Guys

Just purchased an Ares M200 (lsr 005) from Zero One. Am looking to put a tight bore barrel into it, then upgrade it to as close as 500fps as is possible. Just looking for any advice from any bolt action experts and anyone familier with the gun as to what parts can be installed to achieve this and any extra work and parts you would recomend to keep the rifle reliable at this performance
