hmm, it maybe the thickness of the flute barrel is slighty marginally thicker then the base tm ,

Ok, if it is, do you have any idea of how to fix it? I'm going to have a go at a full disassembly then reassembly to make sure everything is aligned and seated correctly to see if that helps.

only way to fix it mate,if the body needs a tiny bit from the support structure taken off, sand it or take a small file to the parts the outer barrel sits on to let is sit lower down in the stock

( if is the bull barrel ) is to gently sand it, where the mag goes in
but go for full dissasembly , check then rebuilt

              • Re: Sniper Upgrades (based on a VSR) and Further Guide

All sorted, took it apart and noticed that part 14 wasn't perfectly tight which meant the stock was a little bit further away from the barrel at the front than it should have been.

So... a fair amount of force later and the screw finally screwed all the way in. I then reassembled the rifle and now it feeds perfectly

                  Glad mate

just be sure the force you used doesn't effect any performace etc

Right, been using my rifle for a bit now and everything is great, I can just seem one problem in the future. At the moment I have the hop set on full for the BB to fly correctly, so when I upgrade and move on to heavier BBs, won't the hop be set too low?

wrap ptfe tape around the hop rubber approx 6 times. I do this and it works every time. Just gives you that little bit extra hop.

i find, the more power added that i dont need so much hop. id guess my hops on half way with .4s with hard hop rubber

Change the Hop Up rubber to Firefly Hard one.

Also do the PTFE tape modification as suggested.

                            thanks in advance
