Vsr g-spec bolt help
4 July, 2010, 01:36
Hi, I recently purchased a vsr g-spec from the classifieds. It had a 130 spring on it and has been brilliant in testing. Unfortunately a friend got his hands on it and had buggered the bolt. Now when I bring the bolt back to cock the gun the spring does not seem to catch and stay in place. The bolt flies forward if you don't keep holding it and I now have a very bruised finger from it hitting of the scope whilst trying to control the bolt.
I took the bolt out and had a look but I can't directly identify the problem. I reinstalled the bolt and it is still the same.
Please help
Thankyou

Re: Vsr g-spec bolt help
check the sear as it may be worn or it may have been filed for more of a hair trigger.
