L96 trigger mech pin falling out..

hi all, just cleaned out my l96, putting it all back together and for some reason the main pin that holds the trigger mech into the cylinder is extremely loose.... it just falls out

the gun works fine if i hold the pin in, but without holding it, it just falls out :S

i have not dissassembled the trigger mech

any help please?

the pin is worn down

most proberly due to extreme dismantlement

so need a new one mate

well i wrapped some PTFE tape arround it for temp use and it stays in but i will be buying a new one

btw, new mech or just pin and sears?

Option1: - Is it worth me fitting upgraded sears such as guarder into a maruzen trigger mech and using a maruzen pin?

Option 2: - Or should i just save up for a first factory zero trigger?

please give me details on why you chose option 1 or 2 from above

please note, the gun will be firing at about 480FPS
