  • JG Bar10 'loose' bolt & double feeding

    hiya,
just aquired a bar10. stripped it down and rebuilt, cleaned and relubed cylinder and internals, teflon'd cylinder head and hop, now does a consistent 410 fps. but:
on cocking its very stiff as the nylon rings in the receiver are missing, temporarily 'fixed' with a well lubed o ring but its far from ideal, can these be bought separately?
on the cocking stroke, looking into the magwell the cylinder can be seen moving 3-4mm to the left and on the return stroke is just catching the hop housing before properly going in.
maybe a related issue but its also double feeding, one bb will roll out of the barrell every time.
as said above, ive stripped and reassembled the hop but as this is the first time ive worked one of these properly, would anyone have any pics of the internals?

You must get the original ptfe rings which fit into the action to support/centre the bolt. `o` rings wont do.

Contact a few shops mate as they carry spares for them

Ask for the nylon rings inside the bolt carrier

Also the double feeding is mainly caused by the u shaped piece in the hop up as this part stops more then one bb loading at a time

So replace that part and spring
