Re: vsr double firing
Check the hop unit, are you running the PDI hop unit?

Re: vsr double firing
Nope. Upgraded tm unit, with vsr pdi 6.01, and the purple nineball rubber. What could be wrong with the hop unit?

That little plastic part that moves up and down where the bb's enter. It has that tiny little poxy spring on top of it. If it's not fitted correctly then you can get double feeds.
This part...

It should be fitted fine, no reason why not... How may it be fitted wrong?

Re: vsr double firing
If the spring is caught between the two halfs of the unit or it's jammed, does it move freely?

Re: vsr double firing
It won't shut if the spring is jammed between the two halves, and yeh, sure it moves freely, it must if bb's can enter it?

Re: vsr double firing
Perhaps the spring on the back of the horseshoe shaped part, has been strained and therefor does not come fully down, allowing one bb through but then not preventing a second going through as it does not return back, due too the spring for some reason have being weakened?
All the best ... Jack
