springs?

I have a jg bar 10 that is currently at about 400fps, I would like to take that up to the 500/550 mark but am not sure which spring to use.

Can I use aeg springs?
Is there a special type of spring to use in the bar?
Is there any make that is recommended?

The springs for the Bar are I think the same for the VSR, AEG springs are no good you gotta get rifle ones, which are on the Zero one website, prices start at £10 to £17. Rough guide below.

Different spring strengths (+ or ñ 10fps) assuming a 6.03 (or tighter) 430mm+ Tight Bore barrel is in use:

-170sp = 540fps

-150sp = 490fps

-130sp = 420fps

-120sp = 400fps

-110sp = 365fps
