TM VSR started slam firing???
11 June, 2011, 20:13
Been using this around 6 months
470fps
all the upgrades are done
I dont have a zero trigger just use laylax sears and was wonding if they could just be wearing down?
It just slam fires say one in every 30 times and im wondering of and what would be best to start looking at first?

Re: TM VSR started slam firing???
I don't have one I have an L96 but I'm guessing same kinda thing.
This happened to my L96 just before the stock trigger mech exploded because the sears had worn down.
So I'd start by looking at the trigger mech especially the sears.

Sears! I would try and resist shooting the gun until you find out/replace the worn put part

Re: TM VSR started slam firing???
What piston are you using
If it's the laylax red it maybe wearing down hense the piston sear not catching correctly
The bolt housing screw holes for the trigger mech are threaded means the trigger mech has latiral movement, not catching,

Re: TM VSR started slam firing???
sounds daft, but the laylax spring guide can unscrew slightly and for some unknown reason causes slam firing
maybe my vsr is just a odd one tho eh lol
