expanding foam?

so I'm really starting to take my sniping and sniper rifle seriously,
a friend of mine has padded out his VSR.
mine has a lot of open space, just wanted to know if any one here has ever used expanding foam to fill out the hollow parts in their stocks and such, and how it went.

yea i filled my sniper with it i just shoved the pipe in to it a squirted away had no problem as yet a makes less noise although be careful of where the screws hold it on that u dont bloke the hole but apart from that fire away

But for your reference yes i did it, and it worked well gave the rifle a nicer balance as well

I would appraise this expanding foam idea of yours at approximately £5 a tin, from all good hardware stores.
