A beautiful example of a WW1 British Infantry rifle.
American in design, this model has been made for the British Army by Eddystone Remington Arms, based in Eddystone, PA.
Issued to British troops in WW1, these rifles were later reissued to the Home Guard along with the American 30-06 calibre P17.
Cocks and dry fires.
Marked "DP" in various places - this signifies that this rifle was later used for the Drilling of new recruits, possibly extending the service of this rifle well into the 50's and 60s. DP standing for "Drill Purpose".
Has had a small block cut out of the top of the stock wood which is where the chamber has been drilled as part of the deactivation process. Not hugely noticeable though.
Comes with the Deactivation certificate.
No UKARA membership required as this is NOT an RIF. Buyers must be over the age of 18.
