8-2 to man u, since nasri and fabregas have left arsenal theyve gone downhill, if it carries on like this maybe wenger could be gone ??? (just a thought) but seriously though they need to replace fabregas and nasri soon

    your thoughts?

they weren't that good even with fab and nasri! now they look really average!

If this season goes really badly I think wenger's time may finally be up! Although I have always wondered whether the board actually would actually let him spend a lot like they claim...

He's a very stubborn man, similar to how Rafa Benitez was at Liverpool but he has faith in his young players. I agree that he needs to replace them and if he hadn't been so stubborn and allowed Fabregas to leave earlier in this transfer window he could have put in a serious bid for Pastore, who's an exceptional talent, as is Mata. Both players are doing well at their new clubs and he will struggle to find the quality required so late in the day.
8-2 is a lesson he'll never forget, Man Utd have an almost new look to them with their youngsters who have been learning their trade out on loan, they also played this team in most of the pre season friendlies, hence the reason they've hit the ground running and are on fire at the minute.
It's looking like a 3 horse race, man u, man city & Liverpool have all been impressive. Chelsea will do some damage when they click into gear but they're taking a bot longer to gel than usual. Spurs will be challenging for 5th or 6th but their day as a top four club seem to be well and truly over.

they would never have got pastore! chelsea were offering him obscene wages and he went to psg for "first team football"...yeah of course you did.

arsenal just don't have the pulling power in the transfer market. They can't offer the wages and no longer offer any glory either. don't expect any great players coming in before the transfer market closes
