Strange you've ran into some speed bumps. I too have had tabs break off from the nozzle, shook them out and it's done no harm.
Having said that I experienced a stoppage when I was at an event last month, possibly caused by the nozzle getting caught up where the tabs had broken so it wasn't aligned...? I guess. But still ran like a beast after a drill.

It seemed to do the trick for the other one mate, but after a couple of mag dumps in the garden it started to jam after every shot, I think when the tabs break off they take some of the channel guides with them and these can get stuck.
What do you use to keep the FPS down btw? NPAS?

Sorry to hear that mate.
Mine doesn't run too hot and I run it without npas/mods. I've always passed chrono using sites .20's. Could have been the temperature was just right. I'll pick up an npas for the warmer months but until then I think it'll be fine for now.
Are aluminium nozzles available?

They are, but they're high flow. I.e. mega FPS.

I just bought my baby some bling.
I can't make my mind up which look is best.

And yes, that is a genuine Axion Kobra btw.

I'd say without. Its absolutely gorgeous! How much does one of those optics cost?
I really want to make the leap into gas guns, I just don't know whether to go for a Viper SPR or a GHK AKS74u...

Re: Ghk lct gk-105 (ak-105) 2012 gbbr
I picked the Kobra up from a private seller on a well known auction site, I stumbled across it to be honest mate but I have seen a couple come up for sale on the forums. I paid about £170, I have seen them cheaper but brand new they're about £400. I just wanted it and it was the RIS compatible version as well which is quite rare IIRC.
Both of your choices are high quality guns out of the box, you won't need to upgrade anything for them to perform well but the options are there if you ever fancy it. I'm happy with the performance so far but I could see a Samoon recoil kit and A+ hop rubber being on the list in the future. From what I have heard the Vipertech M4s use a short stroke system rather than the faithful buffer tube system of the real deal. Don't quote me on this though, I may be talking out of my arse.
It also comes down to what platform you want, the socialist's salt of the earth choice or the capitalist pig's choice of oppression. There is no doubt that the M4 will be more ergonomic in location of the controls and will be endlessly customisable, but put simply you don't f**k with a guy packing an AK, especially one that runs on gas and it is cheaper to boot. I think GHKs are massively underrated as you don't see nearly as many of them (G5 aside) as you do WEs. I would recommend them to anyone but I have never tried the Viper M4s so would advise you take a test shoot.

Viper seem to have modified their latest offerings to be short or full stroke

Apparently GHK have an M4 in the workings.

Yeah, the GHK M4 looks like its going to be a killer on the WE's. Not putting WE down though, they are getting progressively better. Dont know if FB links are allowed but here you go

If theyre anything like the G5, and the AK's it appears. They will be... without a doubt... bloody fantastic

Re: GHK LCT gk-105 (AK-105) 2012 GBBR
Probably a mix. I was hoping they would be as customizeable as some of the LM4's you see nowadays

I think it will be their own design, if not a heavily improved WA/WE spin off?
