    Battery Charger

    Hello,

    Bought a fast charger that has 2 settings on it 500ma and 1000ma. The formula they use to get the setting was 1200mAh battery x 0.4 = 480mA so use 500mA charging current. I've got 1600mAh battery - so works out to be 640mA. Do I use the 500 setting for longer, or the 1000 setting for less time?

    Does anyone actually understand what I mean. I lost myself!!
