I will probably be using .20 bb's if it's only 30-40 metres how come the g&g mp5 a4 is classed as a CQB rifle as that can do 40 metres ?

They're AEGS, not real steel weapons, most AEGS will have the same range thereabouts as standard.

Becuase they have a similar length barrel, and a similar hop unit. It's just more of a CQB style of gun. Range is the same, if not very close, from most stock guns from the same manufacturer.

Depends on weight of BB and how you set the hop, but probably the same as most other AEGs... I would say 30-40 metres with accuracy, but don't take that as an exact figure.

I can hit a 40m target with my Raider with relative ease if this helps.
