  • Parcelfarce broke my gun.

I sent a gun away with parcelforce 24h eariler this week and when it arrived to the guy it had taken a blow to the end of the box that left the gun.. well quite frankly wrecked.
How easy is it going to be claiming on the insurance and does anyone know were im best to get replacement parts for a Ares dsr-1?

As far as Im aware PF dont allow / cover airsoft weapons in their T's & C's. As for Dsr-1 you may be hard pushed but speak to Zero One they will have to special order anything should the parts still be available.

See this is what I don't understand with parcel force, they say they don't, yet they are happy enough to open it up charge you on behalf of HMRC and then put their handling charge on - then deliver it knowing it's an airsoft gun?
