Hi, i recently purchased the G&G GR-16 blowback and it is a great gun, very well made and although plastic you cannot really tell by looking at it and its got a nice weight/feel to it, the blowback on these is good too, its not the same as in older guns, it doesn't use springs or anything to mimmick the action, its a pneumatic system which puts no stress on the gearbox and doesn't lower your fps, all in all it is a good gun and for the money was very happy with this gun. I have no knowledge of the Jg M4 you mention though so i cannot say which is better.
