BB's and Batteries
27 November, 2009, 22:39
Hi Guys,
I need to get a charger for a JG M4A1 I have just bought. I was thinking of getting one from 'C*******t-Shop'. If you on airsoft chargers you will see 5 chargers.
Do I get the top one for £6.99 or do I get the second down for £12.99?
The more expensive one has trickle mode.
Also, where is the best place to get BB's? I don't want the best but I would like some decent ones. I only would want about 10,000. I would want 0.2g BB's. I don't want to send much really
Cheers
Fred

Re: BB's and Batteries
i have a 2 pin charger i can send you for £3 its the same as the free gift ones you get in chinasoft guns !!
pm me weather you need a small tamiya or large connector.
these only do tricle charge but ur batterys will last a long time as using fast charge too often can damage the cells i have seen batts burn out whist being charged.
hope this helps.

Re: BB's and Batteries
Welcome! :D
Cheapest .2's you are likely to find (of half decent quality) are the Zero One own brand on their website.
Chargers, you get what you pay for. A £30 Pro Peak 2500 will last you a life time, charge all kinds of batteries, and cut off when they are done. Cannot recommend that charger enough
The cheap ones can, and will, harm your batteries unless you very careful.
The JG batteries themselves can be a bit dodgy, if you can replace with a Vapextech one (availiable on ebay) Very cheap, and top quality.

Don't get the cheapest one you can find... BAD idea :p
Get one for about £15 - £20.

Re: BB's and Batteries
Well I was going to order of ZeroOne as they have some BB's which look the right price and they also have a Charger which looks good for my needs for £15.
But...When I added them to my basket I was shocked to see that Postage costs £6.99!
Even if you just buy on packet of 5000 BB's it costs £6.99!
Any other good sites which sell BB's and Chargers for a good price?

Re: BB's and Batteries
5000 BB's at .2g each... Got a cheaper way of posting a kilo? :D Besides, it's £6.99 for one bag, or 24!
I'm curious to why you'd only want one bag? Won't last very long!

Re: BB's and Batteries
I want about 10,000 BB's as I am only doing some plinking and testing. But £6.99 is expensive postage just for a bag of BB's! It's not even next day delivery or something like that of is just standard postage.
I could send something like those BB's about £2.50!

Re: BB's and Batteries
The £6.99 postage seems to be next day parcelforce 24hr, ive ordered a few things recently from zero 1 and get text confirmation to say items left warehouse and get the item within 24hrs, i happily pay £6.99 for that
