  • Looking to purchase a decent(ish) Chinese GBB pistol

As title says i am looking for a decent quality Chinese GBB pistol.
I know that japanese and taiwanese pistols are much better in quality but this is only a side arm and is for a last stand when i have all empty mags.

Throw some good pistol names/brands at me

Well this is a mine field! :D

      I'll just in early, KSC/KWA Glock 17.

Top gun, much fun and simple. Good price too :D

You'll get a TM for really not much more than a good chinese make.

Price range is probably anywhere from 50 - 100 possibly.

Also if i do decide on a TM and reccommendations?

TM pistols all have pretty much the same internals, unless it's a hard kick. I'd recommend the Sig 226, or FN 5-7. Both cracking little guns.

Desert Eagle all the way. It is very accurate with an AEG style hop. You'll get more than 50 shots with one fill of gas and it just makes you smile like a loon whenever you fire it.

I was thinking about the glock 17. the semi perforated grip fits my hand perfectly. I had a bad experience with a KSC glock 18c with the fire selector always reverting to safety mode and popping out :S So a semi auto model would probably be best
Also has anyone had experience with the WE M1911 as this drew my eyes attention when perusing through zeroones stock

gotta agree with jag on the ksc front, especially if its a glock your after your looking at between £70-£90 shipped.

I just sold a TM MEU with 2 mags for £100 which had hardly been used. Absolutely fantastic piece of kit, but then as are most TM pistols. My 1911 went for less and I picked up a TM P226 with 2 mags for £65. For your budget, I'd definitely go TM, and I'm sure I'm not alone.

If your going TM, Id recommend 5-7, M1911A1 and Glock 17. And thats coming from a guy who HATES gas

I have a tercel 1911, chinasoft copy of the TM one but full metal, same trades (even says tokyo marui on the side.)

I got it from a Chinese retailer with wooden grips and 2 extra magazines and a clip draw for £90 shipped over.

As far as performance goes it fires absolutely great on green gas, havent had any problems as of yet and saw quite a lot of abuse at the last weekender.

                              Hope that helps.
