G&P m4 all the way best bodys then any other on the market, systema are well over priced for what you get.

As are the above mentioned, only the Kalash one is cheaper. :D
It's no where near the 'best' though, and that's what this thread is about

Re: Best Makes for these AEGs
They are still bloody good, I know a couple of guys with them and rate them higher than the VFCs
section 24 of the 1968 Act
Supplying imitation firearms to minors
1)It is an offence for a person under the age of eighteen to purchase an imitation firearm
2)It is an offence to sell an imitation firearm to a person under the age of eighteen.

My ICS M4 Is pretty good.
I'm no "gunsmith" but it goes *Vurbarp* & a bb comes out the end every time in a straight line . . . . . Good enough for me! Hasn't broken in the 2-3yrs I've had it either so they've got to be doing something right!

Re: Best Makes for these AEGs
G&P Armalites are some of the best around, few of the lads at my local site have them.
Never had any faults, great range and accuracy.
Little pricy, but worth the cash.
As for AK's I wouldnt know, but Dboys are apparently good, they get better with each release.

Re: Best Makes for these AEGs
For me I would go with a TM M4 socom or sopmod. Upgrade it to 345 and they outshoot most guns you will ever meet.
Plus you get the full metal body and TM build quality.
I have had an ICS, CA and G&P M4 and none compare to my TM M4 Socom (plus you get blowback and recoil)

Re: Best Makes for these AEGs
In my experience -
G36 - TM all the way. great aeg, site safe FPS..
AK - Cyma. came with metal body and full wood, great ROF and range.
M4 - had several, keep going back to CA. If you're on a budget the Sportline range are good, consistant AEG's.

You consider those to be the 'best' makes Ratty?

best makes, no, but i've not owned real sword, VFC, ICs or Systema, so cannot comment on them.
The ones i've listed have been owned and run by me, and are consistant good runners.
The CA sportline i mentioned was bought to convert into a L119A1, changed the outer barrel for correct one, and have a metal L119A1 body coming from China.
i ran it out at caterick last weekend, and it was a great AEG, working well alongside people with higher end AEG's.

including a systema M4 that decided to snap
not had any experience with AKs and ive only had a JG G36 - which was amazing for £130 actually, but from what ive heard CA is the way to go for the G36 series.
M4 wise - its gotta be G&P for me, having owned JG, ICS, TM, CA and G&P M4s, my G&P M4s have been far better servers than any others.

Re: Best Makes for these AEGs
For AKs at the moment, Cyma has to come into the equation. They're built solidly and can be converted to GBB buy simply buing a kit that replaces the internals. I'm not aware of any others that have that option. After all, "best" simply means best for the purpose it's being bought for.
