King Arms SIG 556 Shorty
8 July, 2012, 09:32
I have just found out that i will be getting some inheritance in 6 weeks or so. I am going to treat myself to a new rifle.
I like the look of the SIG 556. Mainly because its not an M4. I have an M4 variant already and don't see the point in having more than one. The 556 however uses M4 mags and the same battery as my current MRP. So i wont need new mags etc.
Just wanted to know if King Arms are any good in general and if anyone had a 556 and could let me know what its like.
its this one:

I would like to use Z1 as they are only 30 mins from me but i have found it ALOT cheaper! Prices i have found so far are:
All UK suppliers (cant link to them its not aloud!)
£299.99 (not Z1 & out of stock)
£355 (not Z1 & in stock)
£395 (not Z1 & in stock)
£380 (not Z1 & unknown)
£450 (Z1 price & in stock)
£460 (not Z1 & in stock)
The variation in prices is huge!
any advice would be good.

Re: King Arms SIG 556 Shorty
They are crap, and not worth £450 at all, i had one once and was severely dissapointed.
If I had £450 (and I do) I would buy either a TM Recoil series AEG, or a CTW.
I will be at the NAE 27th-30th August and replies to messages may be slow, bear with me!
