whats the pros and cons of them?

The only cons to them are you cannot let them get too low of power or they become dead.

Don't listen to the morons that tell you they will explode out of nowhere and kill your family. They won't as long as they are treated correctly. I don't want that statement to give the impression that they're high maintenance because they really aren't.

A decent charger is also essential IMO. Look no further than an IMAX B6.
