Star/shooter L85/M16 30 round mags

As anyone had any experience with the star 30 round magazine or shooter 30 round magazine because I'm think off getting the 10 mag package .
So here's my question do they fit in the ICS L86 and is it a good idea to get 30 round mags?

A friend of mine has a handful of these mags. Some of them are good, some are utter crap. The bad ones will feed a few rounds then jam up and the good ones will feed around 26 of the 30.

I'd personally buy a box of MAG midcaps and put around 35 rounds in if you want to go realistic as you'll lose a few when you change mags.
