Tight bore Barrel question
30 July, 2012, 11:18
Hi All,
I am upgrading the inner barrel to a tight bore on my M4 (DMR Project) - I was set on the Madbull V2 363mm 6.03, however, the shop who would be doing the work does not have this in stock.
I am able to supply the Madbull from a different shop and they will then fit, however, my question is this:
They have the G&G 357mm 6.04mm tight bore barrel in stock for £21.99 whereas the Madbull I have found for £34.69 (with delivery)
Is the Madbull barrel worth the extra £12? or would the G&G be fine?
Would I also gain anything from having the extra 6mm found on the Madbul?
Cheers,
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;

Re: Tight bore Barrel question
The madbull 6.03 would be the one I went for but make sure it's the v2. Its made of hard anodized aluminium. Madbull also do a 6.01 barrel that will increase your fps but is believed the 6.03 is a better barrel for accuracy. Wouldn't bother with the g&g one, it would be a good barrel for a standard gun but I wouldn't use it as an upgrade part
